How to Cancel Bookings?
Based on your busy schedule and non-availability, you can easily cancel the bookings made by the customer and those which are created but not attended by the customer.
To cancel bookings, go through the below steps:
- Visit the Order Section and select the booking from the Order that is to be cancelled.
Click the Edit Booking.
Now, Click the Cancel button to cancel that booking.
After the booking has been cancelled by the admin, the customer will get an email regarding booking cancellation. Refer the link to check the front end: Cancelled Booking Front End
