Once the appointment has been completed, the customer will get a mail to review the vendor exactly 1 hour after completion of appointment.
The mail consists of booking details and a review link. Upon clicking the link, the customer will be re-directed to review page where he can rate the vendor and submit any message he wants to share with the audience.
